Inspiring Young Minds Through Science
Before moving to Calgary, I built hands on programs for young scientists. As president of a SPIE student chapter and vice president of an Optical Society of America (OSA) student chapter, I organized outreach events for school and transition year students. We brought optics demos, physics experiments and other science‑related activities into classrooms to spark curiosity and show students how exciting STEM can be. Those experiences taught me the power of engaging young minds and working with communities to build enthusiasm for learning
